Extended stay suites and hotels focus on attracting guests for extended periods of time. They are fully furnished and come with full kitchens (not just kitchenettes) and laundry facilities/service. These accommodation providers must offer weekly and/or monthly rates. Daily rates are optional. Hotels whose number of suites represents less than 25% of the total rooms available don’t qualify for this category.
